The Goal

Designing to fit the need. We started with a goal in mind, to design a residence that provides comfort, functional spaces, wheel chair access throughout, and plenty of space for entertainment and family time.

We were able to provide the client a full service 3D model, where we could walk through future spaces before it has even been constructed.

  • Zero Entry Home

  • Elevator Access for main and basement levels

  • Potential Nursing Living Quarters

  • 4 bedrooms on main

  • 3 1/2 bathrooms on main

The workflow

  • The Beginning

We all start differently. The client started with a drafter. We were able to take the basic concepts and create a beautiful 3D virtual model.

  • Back to the Basics

We began with the functionality of the spaces, how they laid out, and flowed together. Once we had the concepts, we looked at how the function interacts with the furniture, cabinets, and appliances. We then made sure we had plenty of space for all family members and most importantly wheel chair access. This was a major factor in the design of this home.

  • See it

Once the house was designed, we are able to virtually walk thought it. We made sure, it was functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. We were able to make sure the exterior colors, materials, and details all worked together to create a dream home for this family.
